Why
Our goal is to make it easier than ever for US importers, California distributors, restauranteurs, wine bar managers, purveyors of quality Italian wines and foods, to taste, compare, select, order and distribute unique, hard-to-find specialties from select Italian small- and medium-sized producers. Our experts, Italian and otherwise, who know the wine zones and quality Italian regional foods, are sent to find the best, locally respected producers, taste their wines and food, enquire as to production output and methods, then either decide to add a selection of their products to our portfolio, or turn them down at once should they fail to meet expectations.
If we don't trust the quality of the products ourselves, we don't bring them over.
