| Italia Gourmet Show (IGS) is an exhibition open only to the trade that showcases the best of Italy's Food and Wine production. It is an opportunity for importers, distributors, retailers, and restauranteurs to meet directly with Italian producers and sample their gourmet offerings. |

| The exhibition will take place at the Fort Mason Center (Golden Gate Room) in San Francisco's Marina district on March 14th and 15th, 2006. |

| Yes! Italia Gourmet Show, in collaboration with BICA - Best of Italy Consumer Association - will provide workshops to educate on the diverse realm of Italian regional specialty food and wine. |

| Who are the organizers? |
- Project4U is a marketing consulting firm that has been promoting businesses and industries from Italy since 2002. Clients include the Region of Sicily, the Province of Milan, Fiera Milano, MACEF, SMAU and many more companies from Italy.
- WineCountry.IT, who organizes recurring Italian Flavor Forums to promote Italian quality wine and specialty Italian regional food in the US and other international markets.
