Straw yellow in color, this wine has a fruity bouquet and the taste is very smooth, well balanced and persistent.

It pairs well with vegetarian dishes, salads, grilled chicken breasts and seafood in general. Excellent also served with pizza.

Comments: The vineyards, which are 20 years old and cultivated in compliance with EU law 2092/91 regulating organic agriculture, are located near the town of Povo, at the foothills of the Dolomites at an elevation of 450 meters (around 1,500 feet), facing south and overlooking the town of Trento, in the Trentino region of Italy. The grapes are harvested in mid September.

The color is straw yellow, and in the mouth it is round, fruity and balanced, with a taste of figs and elder flowers.

Very food-friendly wine, it is also terrific with appetizers which are usually difficult to pair with wine, such as artichoke dip. Very good with pasta dishes with creamy sauces and fragrant salads such as Greek or Caesar. Try it with Oriental cuisines such as Thai recipes in general and sushi.
