Dessert wine made with Primitivo grapes from 30 to 50 years old vines cultivated in sandy soil using the alberello pugliese (little Apulian tree) method. After maceration in temperature-controlled glass-coated cement vats until the sugar content is below 80-100 grams per liter at the fermentation temperature of 27°-30°C (80.6°-86°F,) the wine is stored partly in French and American oak barriques, partly in glass coated cement vats, and partly in iron vats, and combined before bottling.
Intense red in color, the wine has strawberry and wild berry perfume. Pairs well with cheese platters and other end-of-meal offerings. |

A very dark garnet red dessert wine with strong, dense legs, made with Malbo Gentile grapes.
The olfactory profile is intense, with notes of plum jam and light notes of coffee and amaretto. In the mouth it opens with sweet, warm, soft sensations, then the tannins emerge and are responsible for the pleasant bitterish aftertaste.
To be served at the end of the meal paired with soft, creamy and chocolaty desserts, such as Bignè with Cream in Chocolate Sauce, or Tenerina Ferrarese (typical chocolate cake from Ferrara). Excellent also as meditation wine with quality chocolate. |

Made with 70% Malvasia and 30% Trebbiano grapes, by selecting the best bunches and hanging them to wither for a month in a dry room. After being pressed, the juice ages for at least three years in small 50-liter (around 13 gallons) cypress barrels called caratelli, which are then sealed with cement and kept in place subject to continuous wide temperature excursion, which facilitates the creation of the typical Vin Santo perfume and flavor.
The color is amber yellow with golden reflections. To the palate it is sweet, dry and lightly alcoholic. Excellent served at the end of the meal with baked goods, in particular the typical Tuscan biscotti known as cantucci or cantuccini. |

Made with grapes harvested during the second half of September, then left to wither for months in special shelves. The grapes are pressed when the winemaker is satisfied that the juice left is at the perfect level of sugar content, ready to start its slow transformation, which will last for years in typical caratelli barrels.
Amber colored, this meditation wine has an intense, complex nose, with notes of spices and dried fruits such as figs and plums. To the palate it is full, almost creamy, and gives the pleasant warm sensation of the perfect combination of alcohol and residue sugar. |

The color is amber yellow and its perfume is ethereal and intense. This harmonious, velvety and sweet wine is excellent at the end of the meal, with dessert or the typical Tuscan biscotti known as Cantucci. |
