The Centellino is a new, top-of-the-bottle mini decanter, is an amazing accessory which truly aerates your wine instantly. By cascading down into the 100ml pure Murano glass bubble, then filling your glass with it, the wine arrives at the palate with its flavor and aromas surprisingly opened, even if the bottle was opened just minutes before.
The other Centellino characteristic appreciated by everybody, is the fact that it allows drinker to see the wine being poured, which isnot observed when using a traditional decanter where the wine must sit for a half hour to several hours, before it opens up to reveal the best of itself. |

Naturally clear and pristine, Smeraldina has an extremely low level of dissolved minerals (Total Dissolved Solids of 186 mg/l) and is classified as a Natural Artesian water. The water coming out of the artesian aquifer is cold (14.4 °C) and light (6.52 F). The mineral composition of Smeraldina is characterized as chloride alkaline, with chloride predominating over bicarbonate and sulfate, thus creating a perfect combination of alkaline salts (sodium and potassium) and alkaline minerals (calcium and magnesium). |
