Comments: The total control over the whole production cycle, from growing the grapes, to harvesting, grape selection, must cooking and seasonal care and refilling the vaselli (as the ABTM barrels are called), guarantees a top quality product, made according to ancient traditions, but supported by the latest technological advances. The color is deep, clear brown, the aroma is fragrant and bright, and the flavor is intense, with pleasant acidity. Excellent with appetizers, vegetables, game and pasta dishes. The bottle must be in compliance with the specification. True traditional balsamic vinegar can be sold exclusively in 100 ml bottles shaped like the one on the right designed especially for this product by Italian designer Giugiaro. (Find out more)

Comments: Extravecchio means Very Old. This product aged for at least 25 years in barrels before being bottled. The total control over the whole production cycle, from growing the grapes, to harvesting, grape selection, must cooking and seasonal care and refilling the vaselli (as the ABTM barrels are called), guarantees a top quality product, made according to ancient traditions, but supported by the latest technological advances. Intense, deep, bright brown color. Rich, long-lasting aroma, full body, smooth, balanced and robust. Excellent with meat, seafood, strawberries and other fruits, cheeses (especially young Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano), and ice cream. The bottle must be in compliance with the specification.
