It is left for up to over 72 hours with the grape skin after crushing and is perfect with meat recipes, as well as grilled vegetables and elaborate vegetarian dishes, including Thai, Chinese, Indian and Japanese recipes.

Left for just 36 to 48 hours with the grape skin after crushing, this wine pairs with the whole meal, including exotic Asian cuisine, helping the digestive process, thus leaving a pleasant feeling of light fullness.
