Elegant, structured wine aged for 16 months in barriques previously used once.
The color is ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is intense, with a forward scent of ripe fruits, in particular plums and cherries, accompanied by elegant, fine spicy notes. In the mouth it is pleasant and polished. Best paired with foul and game. |

Long lasting, harmonious wine with great structure. The grapes are carefully selected at harvest time, then the skin is left with the fermenting must for about 25 days, thus extracting all the phenols which make for a precious wine.
The color is ruby red with subdued garnet highlights. Complex nose, with the scent of ripe fruits, black pepper, vanilla and a hint of chocolate in the background. In the mouth it is full, harmonious, with extremely elegant tannins. Meditation wine which pairs well with wild game. |

Wine typical of the production zone, which represents a good expression of the varietal's characteristics, fermented in iron vats with a brief stay in wooden barrels. Floral and fruity perfumes, with preeminence of cherry and ripe strawberry in the background.
It pairs well with cold cuts- and fresh cheese-based hors d'oeuvres, in particular with prosciutto di San Daniele DOP and main courses based on veal. |
